Now you enter your first and last name, and set a password. After that we will send you an activation link. By clicking on this link you activate your user account and the registration process is complete. Now you have access to all current and completed real estate projects on iFunded.
Before you can make your first investment we require additional information from you. If you want to invest as an individual, we need the number of your identity card or passport as well as a copy of your identity card or passport. If you want to invest as a legal entity, we need your company registration number, tax identification number, the company certificate and the list of shareholders. In both cases, we will need your bank account details, so that we can pay your interest at a later stage. You can give at a later date as well if you wish.
Your data will be kept strictly confidential at all times. The collection and use of your data is in accordance with currently applicable data protection regulations. Your data will never be disclosed or passed on to third parties without your consent.
