After internal review of further documents, you will receive a term sheet from us ready for signature.
After intensive examination of all project documents, we prepare all necessary contractual documents for you.
The project is placed on our platform and the crowd has the opportunity to invest in it.
After expiry of the withdrawal period of 14 days, you will receive the payment.
We offer mezzanine capital of up to one million Euros in the form of bonds, subordinated loans, subordinated loans with covenants and security tokens.
We offer maturities between 12 and 36 months.
