After von Imhof accompanied the audit and acquisition of a crowdfunding platform with a focus on mezzanine in London, he was predestined to take over the management of iEstate GmbH (iFunded). Through him, the company was successfully restructured and refocused on tokenisation and mezzanine debt.
Furthermore he carried out a reverse IPO, the merger with the listed KlickOwn Immobilien AG and finally the change of name to today’s PlanetHome Investment AG.
With over a decade of experience in the national real estate industry, Oliver Rolle has purchased properties and portfolios with a total volume of over 1 billion euro for renowned companies such as Gagfah and Deutsche Annington (now Vonovia), LEG AG and Exporo AG. He was responsible for managing the entire transaction process.
Oliver Rolle joined the Managing Board in May 2022.
Before joining PlanetHome Investment in April 2022, Diana Golbs worked for Deutsche Konsum REIT AG for one and a half years and was responsible for transaction management, due diligence and sales in the areas of commercial real estate (retail).
Prior to that, she worked for Engel & Völkers in the Commercial department for three years. Here she gained extensive experience in the areas of sales/acquisition and residential and commercial real estate.
Before starting her career, she studied Real Estate Economics at the Berufsakademie Sachsen and Staatliche Studienakademie Leipzig.
Steffen Müser-Arends has 7 years of experience in the field of marketing and communication, which he gained during his executive position at NeXR Technologies. Here, he was responsible for building up the marketing department.
In addition, he was responsible for the communication of tokenisation as well as cryptocurrencies.
He studied Media Science in his Master’s degree at the University of Trier and Media Business & Journalism in his Bachelor’s degree at the Jade University of Applied Sciences.
Dmitrii Kosarev has more than 20 years of experience in developing web projects, working in various business areas such as real estate, construction and e-commerce, using modern full-stack web technologies.
He is also our specialist in the field of data protection, especially with regard to data encryption.
Amadé Hölzinger has extensive experience in the fields of media production (sound, image, video) and event technology.
During his studies in media science (M.A.) as well as film studies and sociology (B.A.), he worked, among other things, for three years as a freelance sound technician for film and television and for seven years as a freelance event technology specialist with a focus on the planning and implementation of analogue and digital corporate presence.
