Chairman of the Board of Directors hands over office to successor

Berlin, 4 June 2022 – as part of a regulated succession, Mr Nikolai von Imhof, the Chairman of the Management Board of PlanetHome Investment AG, is relinquishing his office to Mr Oliver Rolle somewhat earlier than planned and will leave the Management Board on 31 August 2022.

The Supervisory Board today approved a termination agreement at Mr von Imhof’s own request after Mr von Imhof had announced that he would not extend his contract, which runs until 31 December 2022, beyond that date.

After a successful merger, successful strategic realignment and expansion of the core team, an extensive reverse IPO as well as the acquisition of PlanetHome Group GmbH as majority shareholder, his task is now complete.

His successor Mr Oliver Rolle has already been working for the company for more than two years and was able to take over the succession as well as the handover earlier than expected. Oliver Rolle has acquired real estate and portfolios with a total volume of over 1 billion euros for well-known companies such as Gagfah and Deutsche Annington (now Vonovia), LEG AG and Exporo AG and was responsible for managing the entire transaction process.
